Service Description
Our Standard Professional Supervised Visitation service provides neutral, safe, and court-compliant monitoring designed to prioritize the well-being of the child while facilitating positive family interactions in accordance with California Rule of Court 5.20 standards. Rate & Duration Structure: • Rate: $100.00 per hour • Minimum Booking: 2 hours ($200.00 base fee required at time of booking) • For extended visits beyond 2 hours, please contact our office directly to coordinate custom block scheduling. MANDATORY REQUIREMENT: Before completing your booking, you must download, complete, and upload our mandatory Visitation Pre-Intake Form. Checkout will remain locked until your form is attached.
Cancellation Policy
Standard Supervised Visitation Booking & Cancellation Policy 1. Booking and Payment The full fee of $200.00 is due at the time of booking to secure your Supervision slot. All bookings are processed securely via our online portal at srcpro.org. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling 48-Hour Notice: We require at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or requests to reschedule. Full Refund/Credit: If you cancel or reschedule more than 48 hours before your session, you are eligible for a full refund or a full credit toward a future date. 3. Late Cancellations Less than 48-Hour Notice: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled start time will incur a $100.00 late cancellation fee (50% of the service cost). The remaining $100.00 will be issued as a credit toward a future session. 4. No-Shows Failure to attend a scheduled Supervision without prior notice (No-Show) will result in the forfeiture of the full $200.00 fee. No refunds or credits will be issued for no-shows. 5. Emergency Situations We understand that life happens. In the event of a documented emergency or sudden illness, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review these instances on a case-by-case basis to determine if a waiver of the cancellation fee is appropriate.
