Booking & Investment Information: Monthly Investment: $375.00 (Billed automatically every 30 days) Format: Secure Online Video Consultations + Priority Digital Correspondence Policy Note: Package sessions must be utilized within the active billing cycle. Standard 48-hour rescheduling protections apply to individual session bookings.
Cancellation Policy
1. Purchase & Payment Upfront Payment: The full package fee of $375.00 is due at the time of purchase to activate your package, unlock your four session credits, and initiate email support. Secure Processing: All package purchases are made securely online via our portal at srcpro.org. Non-Refundable: Once the package is purchased and coaching materials/email support are activated, the package is non-refundable. 2. Package Expiration (30-Day Window) Monthly Cycle Limit: To maintain strict operational momentum, all four (4) coaching sessions and the included email support must be fully utilized within 30 days of your package purchase date. No Roll-Overs: Any session credits left unused after the 30-day window will permanently expire and cannot be rolled over or transferred. 3. Rescheduling Individual Package Sessions 48-Hour Notice Required: To shift or reschedule any of your scheduled monthly sessions, changes must be made via the online booking portal at least 48 hours before the session start time. Late Cancellations & No-Shows (Inside 48 Hours): If you cancel, request a reschedule, or fail to attend an appointment with less than 48 hours' notice, that specific session credit is permanently forfeited. Because this is a fixed-price package, no late fees are collected, and no replacement credits will be issued for missed windows. 4. Emergency Situations Exceptional, sudden business or personal emergencies will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis to determine if a temporary extension of the 30-day expiration window is appropriate.
