Service Description
Professional supervised visitation conducted by a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. This option provides supervision by a licensed behavioral health professional with specialized education and experience in family dynamics, child development, and safety assessment. LCSW-supervised visitation is a non-therapeutic service and does not include psychotherapy, counseling, reunification therapy, or custody evaluations.
Cancellation Policy
LCSW Supervised Visitation Booking & Cancellation Policy 1. Booking and Payment The full fee of $300.00 is due at the time of booking to secure your Supervision slot. All bookings are processed securely via our online portal at srcpro.com. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling 48-Hour Notice: We require at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or requests to reschedule. Full Refund/Credit: If you cancel or reschedule more than 48 hours before your session, you are eligible for a full refund or a full credit toward a future date. 3. Late Cancellations Less than 48-Hour Notice: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled start time will incur a $150.00 late cancellation fee (50% of the service cost). The remaining $150.00 will be issued as a credit toward a future session. 4. No-Shows Failure to attend a scheduled Supervision without prior notice (No-Show) will result in the forfeiture of the full $300.00 fee. No refunds or credits will be issued for no-shows. 5. Emergency Situations We understand that life happens. In the event of a documented emergency or sudden illness, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review these instances on a case-by-case basis to determine if a waiver of the cancellation fee is appropriate.
