This Initial Coaching Consultation is a dedicated, confidential session designed to establish where you are right now, pinpoint the specific roadblocks holding you back, and clarify exactly where you want to go. Whether you are navigating a major life transition, looking to optimize your business performance, or seeking better balance and emotional control in your day-to-day life, this call is the launchpad for your next chapter. What we will accomplish together in this session: Clarity Assessment: We will take a snapshot of your current life or business circumstances to identify what is working and what isn't. Roadblock Identification: We will uncover the hidden habits, mindsets, or external stressors keeping you on a plateau. Strategic Blueprint: You will walk away with a clear understanding of the next steps required to achieve your goals and see if our full coaching programs are the right fit for your journey. Please note: Before completing your booking, you will be prompted to fill out our mandatory Intake Form. This ensures our time together is 100% focused on you and your breakthrough from the moment the session begins.
Cancellation Policy
Initial Coaching Consultation Policy 1. Booking & Payment Payment Due: The full fee of $125.00 is required at the time of booking to secure your Initial Coaching Consultation slot. Secure Processing: All bookings are processed securely online via our portal at srcpro.org. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling 48-Hour Notice Required: We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. Timely Changes: If you cancel or reschedule more than 48 hours before your scheduled session, you will receive a full refund or a full credit toward a future date. 3. Late Cancellations Less Than 48 Hours: Cancellations or requests to reschedule made within 48 hours of your scheduled start time will incur a $50.00 late cancellation fee. Remaining Balance: The remaining $75.00 of your original payment will be issued as a credit to be applied toward your rescheduled consultation. 4. No-Shows Forfeiture of Fee: Failure to attend your scheduled consultation without any prior notice (No-Show) will result in the forfeiture of the full $125.00 fee. No refunds or credits will be issued for no-shows. 5. Emergency Situations We understand that true emergencies happen. In the event of a sudden severe illness or documented emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. These rare instances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis to determine if a waiver of the fee or an alternate arrangement is appropriate.
