Tailored 1-hour individual supervision, focused on clinical case review, professional development, and BBS compliance. Payment is required at time of booking Please note our 48hr hour cancellation policy.
Cancellation Policy
1. Booking and Payment The full fee of $150.00 is due at the time of booking to secure your Supervision slot. All bookings are processed securely via our online portal at srcpro.org. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling 48-Hour Notice: We require at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or requests to reschedule. Full Refund/Credit: If you cancel or reschedule more than 48 hours before your session, you are eligible for a full refund or a full credit toward a future date. 3. Late Cancellations Less than 48-Hour Notice: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled start time will incur a $75.00 late cancellation fee (50% of the service cost). The remaining $75.00 will be issued as a credit toward a future session. 4. No-Shows Failure to attend a scheduled Supervision without prior notice (No-Show) will result in the forfeiture of the full $150.00 fee. No refunds or credits will be issued for no-shows. 5. Emergency Situations We understand that life happens. In the event of a documented emergency or sudden illness, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review these instances on a case-by-case basis to determine if a waiver of the cancellation fee is appropriate.
